Section 10
Except as otherwise provided in the Order or these Regulations, a document to be lodged with the Authority under the Order or these Regulations shall -

{a) in relation to a mutual fund, be signed or authenticated by a director, authorised officer or resident secretary of the company; and
(b)
in relation to a foreign company, be signed or authenticated by a director or secretary of the company, or an offi.cer of the registered agent which is appointed as agent of the company.
