Section 57
The Chief Justice may, with the approval of His Mqjesty the Sultan and Yang
Di-Pertuan, make Rules of Court for the purposes of this Order.
Made this 22nd. day of Muharam, 1426 Hijriah corresponding to the 3rd.
day of March, 2005 at Our Istana Nurul Iman, Bandar Seri Begawan, Brunei
Darussalam.
