Section 21
(1)
Every request by a foreign country for assistance in a criminal matter pursuant to this Part shall be made to the Attorney General.
(2)
If a foreign country makes a request to a court in Brunei Darussalam for assistance in a criminal matter -
(a)
that court must refer that request to the Attorney General; and
(b)
that request is then deemed, for the purposes of this Order, to have been made to the Attorney General.
