Section 17

The Attorney General may request a foreign country to assist in effecting service of any process where the Attorney General is satisfied that, for the purposes of or in connection with any criminal matter in Brunei Darussalam, it is necessary or desirable to serve that process on any person in that country.

18, Where the Attorney General is satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that there is, in any foreign country, a person who -
