Section 26

Any person who, having made a complaint or objection in the manner prescribed by section 22 against any rate assessed under the provisions of this Act, is dissatisfied with the decision of the Board thereon may appeal to the High Court:

Provided that with the presentation of the petition of appeal there shall be paid into court the amount of the rate appealed against.
