Section 8
(1)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 3 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $500 and imprisonment for 18 months.
(2)
Any person who contravenes the provisions of section 4 or 6 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine of $2,500 and imprisonment for 6 months.
