Moneylenders to be registered and licensed

Section 3
(1)
No person shall carry on the business of a moneylender unless he is registered as such and has obtained a licence from the Authority.
(2)
The register shall contain the place of residence of the moneylender.

Licences shall be granted annually and a fee of $500 shall be charged for every licence.
