Section 7

The Registrar may in his discretion and shall, if His Majesty the

Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council has so decided under section 6, restore to the register, subject to any conditions which he or His Majesty the

Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council, as the case may be, may impose on such midwife, the name of any midwife whose name has been removed from the register under section 5(1).
