Section 15
A certificate for ratings may be issued for the following grades -
(a)
ratings forming part of a navigational watch;
(b)
ratings forming part of an engine room watch.

The minimum requirements for certification of such ratings referred to in sub-regulation (1) are specified in Part IV of the Examination and Certification
Rules in the Second Schedule.
