Section 11

The Director may authorise Brunei Darussalam ships to participate in trials, provided that such trials are conducted in a manner that provides at least the same degree of safety and pollution prevention as provided by these Regulations and shall be conducted in accordance with guidelines adopted by the IMO. Such authorisation shall comply with the provisions of regulation I/13 of the

Convention.
