Section 89
Emergency sources of electrical power, fire pumps, bilge pumps, except those specifically serving the spaces forward of the collision bulkhead, any fixed fire-extinguishing system required by Chapter II-2 and other emergency installa-tions which are essential for the safety of the ship, except anchor windlasses, shall not be installed forward of the collision bulkhead.
