Section 3

For the purpose of these Regulations, references in the Schedule to vessels shall be read as references to -

(a}

all Brunei Darussalam ships wherever they may be; and

(bj other ships while they are in Brunei Darussalam waters and these

Regulations shall apply to such ships.
