Section 2
"International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972" means the regulations annexed to the Convention on the International Regulations for
Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972, signed in London on 20th October 1972
and includes any amendment thereof;
"Organisation" means the International Maritime Organisation.
