Section 38
Any person may, on payment of the prescribed fee, on application to the
Registrar at a reasonable time, inspect any register of Brunei Darussalam ships or apply for a certified copy or transcript thereof.
(2)
If the register of a Brunei Darussalam ship is free of registered encumbrances, the Registrar may, at the request of the applicant, certify that fact in the copy or transcript of the register.
