The Director, a Port Health Offtcer, a surveyor of ships or a police offtcer may arrest without warrant any person who has committed an offence 489

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM GOVERNMENT GAZETTE under this Order and take him before a Court of a Magistrate, as the case may be, to be dealt with according to law.

Any article concerning, by or for which an offence has been committed may be seized and taken to a police station, unless given up sooner by order of a
Court of a Magistrate.
