Section 200

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the

Director or any officer or employee of the Government or the Director or any person appointed under this Order or acting under the direction of the

Government or the Director for any act done in good faith in the performance, or intended performance, of any duty, or in the exercise of any power under this

Order, or for any failure or default in the performance or exercise in good faith of such duty or power.
