Section 196
(1)
Any person guilty of an offence under this Order for which no penalty is expressly provided shall be liable on conviction to a fme not exceeding $10,000
or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or both.
(2)
Any person who fails to comply with or does or suffers to be done anything contrary to this Order shall, unless otherwise provided, be guilty of an e offence and liable on conviction to a fme not exceeding $2,000.
Persons appointed or authorised under this Order deemed public servants.
