In this Part, unless the context otherwise requires nreceiver 11 means a receiver of wreck;

11Salvage" includes all expenses properly incurred by the salvor m the performance of salvage services;

"wreck 11 includes jetsam, flotsam, lagan and derelict found in or on the shores of the sea or any tidal water.
