Section 20

Where a patient received into a Government psychiatric facility or private psychiatric facility by an order of the court made under section 44(1)

or 62(1) is discharged from that facility, the officer in charge or any officer authorised by him shall, as soon as practicable, notify the court of the patient’s discharge in such form as the Director-General may determine.
