Section 16

An application for a licence under this Act shall be made in such manner and form as the Authority may require and shall be accompanied with the prescribed processing fee.

The processing fee referred to in subsection (1) shall not be refundable.

The applicant for a licence shall furnish such documents, items, particulars and other information as the Authority may require.

Any person who knowingly supplies any false or misleading information to the Authority in connection with an application for a licence is guilty of an offence.
