Section 13

The Authority may require any person applying for the registration of any imported medicinal product to furnish a written declaration made by or on behalf of the manufacturer of the medicinal product that all the legal requirements governing the manufacture of such product imposed by the laws of the country or territory of manufacture have been complied with.
