Section 9

Where a person has been registered in the register, the Board shall issue to him a certificate of registration, and

the Board may require that there shall be affixed to such certificate a photograph of that person or such other evi-dence of identity as the Board may direct. Such certificate shall, for the year in which it is issued, be deemed to be the annual practising certificate issued under section 11, and the provisions of this Act relating to annual practising certi-ficates shall apply to the certificate of registration.
