Section 18K
(1)
The Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports may, by notification published in the Gazette, declare any place or institution to be a place of protection for the purposes of this Part.
(2)
The Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Culture, Youth and
Sports may order the transfer of protected persons from one place of protection to another as and when the need arises.
