Section 18G
(1)
All applications to a Court of a Magistrate under this Part and
Part III shall be made and heard in the same manner and in accordance with the same procedure as applications for summonses are made and heard by the Court of a Magistrate under the provisions of the Criminal Procedure
Code (Chapter 7) and shall be deemed to be complaints for the purposes of that Code.
(2)
The Chief Justice may make rules for the purpose of giving effect to sections 18B and 18C and any such rules may in particular, but without prejudice to the generality of this subsection, make provision for the hearing without delay of any application for an order under section 18B(5)(a).
(3)
A court before which any application is heard may make such order as to costs as it thinks just and reasonable.
