Section 38
(1)
The fees chargeable by Marriage Registrars under this Act shall be as prescribed in the Eighth Schedule.
(2)
His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan in Council may cancel, vary or add to the fees prescribed in the Eighth Schedule or he may in any particular case vary or remit them in writing under his hand.
Certified copies of entries to be admissible in evidence.
