Attempts, abetment and conspiracy

Section 16
(1)
Whoever attempts to commit any offence punishable under this
Act or abets the commission of such offence shall be punished with the punishment provided for such offence.
(2)
A person who conspires with another person to commit an offence under this Act is guilty of the offence of conspiracy to commit that offence and shall be punished as if the offence to which the conspiracy is related had been committed.
