Section 76
( 1 ) The Minister may, with the approval of His Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, make regulations for regulating pilotage in any pilotage district and for the maintenance of good conduct and discipline of authorised pilots and for matters relating to their duties.
(2)
The Minister may, in making regulations under this section, provide that any contravention of or failure to comply with any of the regulations is an offence and may prescribe as a penalty in respect of any one offence a fine not exceeding $5,000.
