Section 6
(1)
A limited liability partnership shall, in its name, be capable of –
(a)
suing and being sued;
(b)
acquiring, owning, holding and developing or disposing of property;
(c)
having a common seal; and
(d)
doing such other acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do.
(2)
Sections 31A, 32, 34, 35, and 36 and 93(1)(b) of the Companies Act (Chapter
39) shall apply to a limited liability partnership as they apply to a corporation under that Act.
