Section 2
(1)
This Act shall apply to any action commenced after the date of coming into force of this Act, whether the cause of action accrued before or after that date.
(2)
Any action commenced before the date of coming into force of this Act, shall continue in accordance with, and be bound by, the provisions of Limitation Act (repealed by this Act).
