General Clauses Act (Chapter 4) the Attorney General has, in exercise of any power conferred by this Act, reworded a written law by way of simplification or otherwise omitted any provision thereof, or altered any written law in any other way, without affecting the substance thereof, the altered provisions of the written law published in accordance with this Act shall for all purposes be deemed to be the authentic version of the written law as if they had been enacted in that form.
