Section 14

Subject to sections 13 and 16, and notwithstanding any provisions of the Constitution of Brunei Darussalam or any written law requiring all written laws to be printed in both the Malay and English languages the pages duly authorised for inclusion in the Laws shall, in all courts and for all purposes, be the proper Statute Book of Brunei Darussalam in respect of the written laws contained therein as in operation on the last revision date; and all such written laws shall be judicially noticed.
