Section 32
(1)
Subject to the provisions of this Act, the strata corporation shall have all such powers as are reasonably necessary to enable it to carry out the duties imposed on it by this Act by its Rules, provided that the strata corporation shall not have power to carry on trading activities.
(2)
Subject to subsection (1), the strata corporation may enter into such contracts and other arrangements for the management of the strata corporation as it may consider necessary or desirable with any person or company recognised by the Commissioner.
(3)
Nothing in the Companies Act (Chapter 39) shall apply to a strata corporation established in accordance with this Act.
