Section 33

His Majesty may from time to time appoint and when appointed remove such and so many Land Officers, Settle-ment Officers, surveyors, foresters, qualified witnesses and such other officers as he may consider necessary for carrying out the purposes of this Code, and may if he thinks fit define the boundaries within which they shall exercise the powers and perform the duties assigned to them by this Code.
