Plan to be
, made and notices given
Land Acquisition purpose for which it is needed, its approximate area and all other particulars necessary for identifying it and also the place where a plan of the land if any has been made may be inspected. Such declaration shall be conclusive evidence that the land is needed for the purpose specified therein.
(3)
Upon the posting of such declaration an entry thereof shall be made in the register in respect of the land affected.
