Section 58
Every employer shall cause to be erected and exhibited in a conspicuous place at the place of employment a notice board on which shall be painted in easily legible characters, the name of the place of employment and the name and address of the person responsible for its management and, if the employer is a company, the situation of the registered office of the company.
