Section 57
(1)
This Chapter and any rule made thereunder shall apply only to the places of employment in respect of which a declaration is made in accordance with subsection (2).
(2)
His Majesty in Council may by notification in the Gazette, declare that the provisions of this Chapter or of such sections thereof as may be specified in such notification shall apply to any place of employment either generally or specifically and be complied with by employer of the workers thereon or therein.
