Section 24
(1)
A person whose apparent age is less than 16 years shall not be capable of entering into contract.
(2)
Notwithstanding anything contained in any written law a person whose apparent age exceeds 16 years but is less than 18 years shall be capable of entering into a contract for employment in an occupation approved by the Commissioner as not being injurious to the moral and physical development of non-adults.
