Section 14
An employer shall not dismiss a worker employed without notice except in the following circumstances —
(a)
where the worker is guilty of misconduct, whether in the course of his duties or not, inconsistent with the fulfilment of the express or implied conditions of his agreement;
(b)
for wilful disobedience to lawful orders given by the employer;
(c)
for lack of the skill which the worker expressly or implicitly warrants himself to posses;
(d)
for habitual or substantial neglect of his duties;
(e)
for absence from work without leave from the employer or absence without other reasonable excuse.
Cancellation of agreement by Commissioner.
