Section 73
(1)
Where the Court is satisfied that there are grounds for payment of maintenance, it may make an order against the husband for payment of interim maintenance to take immediate effect and to be in force until an order is made on the application for maintenance.
(2)
The husband may adjust the interim maintenance paid against the amount ordered to be paid for maintenance under the order.
