Section 62

Any person who, due to incapacity or ill-health, is unable to earn a livelihood, may on application to the Court obtain an order against anyone who is responsible for maintaining his subsistence in accordance with

Hukum Syara’, to bear from time to time any reasonable costs relating to his maintenance.
