Section 34

A jurunikah who intentionally contravenes section 15 is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment not exceeding 3 months or both and for a second or subsequent offence to a fine not exceeding $2,000, imprisonment not exceeding 6 months or both.
