Section 110
(1)
The Court may, on application of the father or mother of a child —
(a)
if matrimonial proceeding is pending; or
(b)
if, under any agreement or order of Court, only one parent has custody of the child to the exclusion of the other, issue an injunction to restrain the other parent from taking the child outside
Brunei Darussalam or it may give leave for the child to be taken outside
Brunei Darussalam on condition that the Court shall take into consideration and hear the opinion of any interested person with regards to the care of the child and the welfare, education and faith of the child.
(2)
The Court may, on the application of an interested person, issue an injunction to restrain any person, other than a person having custody of the child, from taking the child outside Brunei Darussalam.
