This Order may be cited as the Investment Incentives Order, 2001 and shall commence on 1st. June, 2001.

The long title of this Order is “An Order to make new provision for encouraging the establishment and development in Brunei Darussalam of industrial and other economic enterprises, for economic expansion and for incidental and related purposes”.
Order to be construed as one with the Income Tax Act (Chapter 35).
