Section 7
(1)
The Minister may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, extend the tax relief period of a pioneer enterprise (other than a pioneer enterprise that is located in a high-tech park) for such further period or periods as he may determine except that the tax relief period of the pioneer enterprise shall not in aggregate exceed 11 years.
(2)
The Minister may, subject to such terms and conditions as he may impose, extend the tax relief period of a pioneer enterprise that is located in a high-tech park for such further period or periods not exceeding 5 years at any one time as he may determine except that the tax relief period of the pioneer enterprise shall not in aggregate exceed 20 years.
