Section 4
(1)
No person shall sell, supply or offer to sell or supply an intoxicating substance to any person if he knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the intoxicating substance is, or its fumes are, likely to be used or inhaled in contravention of section 3(1) by the person to whom the substance is sold or supplied or by another person.
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence and liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 5 years or both.
