Section 3
(1)
Subject to any specific provision contained in this Order, the provisions of the
Partnership Act, 1890 of the United Kingdom and, so far as not inconsistent with that Act, the common law of England and the doctrines of equity applicable to partnerships shall apply to
ILPs.
(2)
The Limited Partnerships Act, 1907 of the United Kingdom shall not apply to
ILPs.
