This Order may be cited as the International Limited Partnerships Order, 2000
and shall commence on a day to be appointed by the Authority, with the approval of His
Majesty the Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan, by notification in the Gazette.
(2)
The long title of this Order is “An Order to provide for a new form of limited partnership, and for connected purposes”.
