Any notice, information or written statement required under this Order to be given or served by an IBC to or on members must be given or served in the manner prescribed by the

Memorandum or Articles, as the case may be; and in the absence of a provision in the

Memorandum or Articles, by personal service or by post addressed to each member at the address shown in the share register.
