Section 89
(1)
The validity of any agreement under sections 86 or 88 shall not be affected during a period of ten years from the date it was created or last extended by reason only of the fact that, under its terms it will or may last beyond a period of ten years.
(2)
Nothing in sections 86 to 88 shall be deemed to invalidate any voting or other agreement among the members of an IBC or any irrevocable proxy that is not otherwise illegal.
