(1)
When submitted for registration under section 11, the Memorandum must be accompanied by Articles prescribing regulations for the IBC.
(2)
The Articles, when registered, bind the company and its members to the same extent as if they had been signed and sealed by each member and contained covenants on the part of each member to observe all the provisions of the Articles.
(3)
Subject to compliance with this Order, an IBC may adopt, with or without modifications, all or any of the provisions contained in the Second Schedule as, or as part of, its Memorandum and Articles.
